איך שהזמן עף. זה קורה כל הזמן בלי שנשים לב אבל יש ימים בהם התחושה הזו חזקה מתמיד. כשחולף ט"ו בשבט ומבינים שפורים ממש כבר ממש במרחק נגיעה, וזה אומר שפסח.. בואו לא נחשוב עליו. כשפוגשים חברות מימי היסודי העליזים אחרי 20 שנה בהן לא התראינו (20? רציני?) ומבינים ששום דבר לא השתנה, אבל בעצם הכל..
אז כן, הגיע הזמן להתכונן לפורים ולהעשיר את הבלוג בכמה מתכונים מתאימים ופשוטים. ממתק השוקולד הזה עשוי משלש שכבות שהן בעצם שתיים, הוא קל מאד להכנה וטעים כמו שרק שילוב של שוקולד וחמאת בוטנים יכול להיות. אפשר להכין אותו פרווה או חלבי, להחליף רכיבים לפי תכולת המזווה, וכמובן לארוז אותו יפה יפה ולשלוח לשכנה. היא תודה לכן מאד ותבקש את המתכון. מבטיחה!
ממתק שוקולד וחמאת בוטנים
מתאים לרינג מרובע 20 X 20 ס"מ
או לתבנית ח"פ 15X22 ס"מ
לשכבות השוקולד:
- 300 גר' שוקולד מריר
- 65 גר' חמאת בוטנים חלקה (2 כפות גדושות)
לשכבת חמאת הבוטנים:
- 200 גר' חמאת בוטנים חלקה (4 כפות גדושות מאד)
- 100 גר' חמאה / מחמאה
- 1/2 כוס פצפוצי אורז
- 1/2 כוס בוטנים קצוצים / שקדים פרוסים (65 גר)
- 100 גר אבקת סוכר
אופן ההכנה:
- לשכבת השוקולד: בסיר קטן או בקערה חסינת חום במיקרוגל, ממיסים שוקולד וחמאת בוטנים לקרם חלק.
- אם משתמשים ברינג – עוטפים את תחתית הרינג בניר כסף ומהדקים אותו היטב לדפנות. מניחים אותו על תחתית אלומיניום מתאימה.
- מעבירים חצי מהתערובת לרינג / תבנית ח"פ. מטלטלים את הרינג / תבנית עד ששכבת השוקולד מכסה את כל התחתית.
- מעבירים להקפאה ל 10 דקות.
- לשכבת חמאת הבוטנים: בסיר קטן או בקערה חסינת חום במיקרוגל, ממיסים חמאת בוטנים וחמאה / מחמאה. מוסיפים פצפוצי אורז, בוטנים קצוצים ואבקת סוכר ומערבבים היטב.
- מוציאים את התבנית עם שכבת השוקולד מהמקפיא, ומשטחים מעליה את תערובת חמאת הבוטנים. מיישרים בעזרת כף אך עדיף בעזרת פלטה מדורגת. (מה זה? חפשו בכדאי לדעת – איזה כלים לקנות)
- מעבירים להקפאה ל 15 דקות.
- מחממים מעט את המחצית השנייה של תערובת השוקולד, ויוצקים מעל לשכבת חמאת הבוטנים. מטלטלים את התבנית כך שהשוקולד יכסה את כל שכבת חמאת הבוטנים. כדאי להזדרז כדי השוקולד מתקשה במהירות.
- מקפיאים לחצי שעה נוספת.
- בעזרת סכין טובה חותכים לריבועים או מלבנים קטנים.
כדאי לדעת:
- החטיפים מצוינים במקרר ובהקפאה לטווח ארוך.
- ניתן להחליף את חמאת הבוטנים במלית לחמאת בוטנים קראנצ'ית או להוסיף חופן בוטנים קצוצים לתערובת.
- ניתן להחליף את פצפוצי האורז לפי המלאי: בייגלה מרוסק, גרנולה מוכנה, ואפילו ריבועי ברנפלקס מרוסקים הם תחליף מצוין.
הכי שווה להיות שכנה שלך! 😋

מקום ראשון אצלי: קוצר מחמאות בכל מקום, 10 דקות הכנה וכלום כלים בכיור (2 קעריות ו2 כפות). מה צריך יותר מזה?
