לפעמים אני מוצאת את עצמי מחפשת רעיונות למתוקים קטנים שליד הקפה, אך כאלה שלא דורשים הרבה עבודה. החטיף הבא הוא בדיוק כזה. ההכנה שלו כיפית וקלילה, ויכולה להיות תכנית אחה"צ מעולה להכנה עם הילדים בימי השגרה הבאים עלינו לטובה. הכנתי אותו בפסח האחרון ולהפתעתי, למרות הפשטות שלו, הוא קצר מחמאות.
אז הנה המתכון, או יותר נכון – אופן הכנה (קצת קשה לקרוא לזה מתכון). אל תוותרו על השיוש בשני שוקולדים, הוא מהפנט ונראה הרבה יותר מורכב ממה שהוא. אפשר לבצע אותו עם שוקולד לבן פרווה כמובן.

מנדיאנט – דסקיות שוקולד ואגוזים מקורמלים
כ 30 יחידות
לדסקיות שוקולד:
- 300 גר' שוקולד מריר
- 100 גר' שוקולד לבן
לאגוזים מקורמלים:
- כוס תערובת אגוזים : מלך, לוז, פקאן
- 2 כפות סילאן
- 2 כפות שמן
- קורט מלח
אופן ההכנה:
- מקרמלים אגוזים: מניחים את כל סוגי האגוזים על תבנית תנור מרופדת בניר אפיה, יוצקים עליהם סילאן, שמן ומלח ומערבבים.
- אופים בתנור מחומם ל 180 מעלות כ 25 דקות, מערבבים את האגוזים מדי פעם ונזהרים שלא ישרפו. מצננים היטב.
- מכינים דסקיות שוקולד משוייש: ממיסים קוביות שוקולד מריר במיקרוגל, בפולסים של 30 שניות תוך כדי ערבוב ביניהם, או בכלי חסין אש מעל סיר מים רותחים. מעבירים לשק זילוף. במקביל ממיסים גם את השוקולד הלבן באותו אופן, ומעבירים לשק זילוף נוסף.
- על תבנית תנור מרופדת בניר אפיה מזלפים שלוליות נחמדות של שוקולד מריר, ובתוכן מזלפים ספירלה של שוקולד לבן. משיישים בעדינות בעזרת קיסם או שיפוד.
- מניחים אגוזים במרכז השלוליות, ומעבירים למקרר לחצי שעה.
- מפרידים מנייר האפייה בזהירות ושומרים בקירור.
כדאי לדעת:
- אפשר לוותר על קירמול האגוזים בסילאן, אך כדאי לקלות אותם בכל מקרה.
- אפשר כמובן להוסיף פירות יבשים לקישוטים מעל הדסקיות, כיד הדמיון הטובה.
- אני מכינה את המנדיאנטים משוקולד לא מטומפרר. זה אמנם דורש אכסנה בקירור ואכילה זריזה כדי שהדסקיות לא ימסו, אך מכיוון שמדובר בשכבה די עבה של שוקולד הסכנה לא חמורה. החלטתי לשמור את האנרגיות לטמפרור של דברים קצת יותר מורכבים…
